It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: UK: 3-8 business days; International: 10-20 business days. Returns Policy
As all of our products are printed to order we don’t offer returns and exchanges, so please check our sizing carefully when ordering. If there’s something wrong with your order, Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us on the contact us page or by email, sales@fizzlux.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
This returns policy helps us to help the planet by not over producing goods which may then end up in landfill sites.
